Hi guys, welcome to my channel. Today we’ll be making pumpkin soup with some ginger and it’s my favorite and I most like the ginger in the soup because it brings some warmth to your soup and it’s very very delicious so let’s get to it.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

6 cloves garlic

2 chicken bosoms (1.14 lbs)

2 tsp new ground ginger

6 cups of chicken bone soup

1 15-oz can pumpkin

2 tsp coriander

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp stew powder

.5 tsp cumin

.25 tsp salt (or to taste)

1 tsp pepper

1 c coconut milk

1 c solidified green peas

1 c solidified spinach

Procedure:

Expel skin from onions and hack them well. Likewise, crush, skin and hack garlic cloves.

Add oil to a pot over medium warmth and add hacked onions and garlic to the pot. Let sauté for around 10 minutes, blending frequently.

3D shape chicken bosoms into reduced down pieces. Include chicken into sautéing onions and garlic and let cook for around 5 minutes. Mix chicken and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Include ginger, pumpkin, bone soup, coriander, turmeric, bean stew powder, cumin, salt, and pepper and spread pot. Lower warmth and stew for around 30 minutes.
