You won't have had Miso marinaded Salmon earlier than.  Yes, we use Miso paste for something apart from Miso soup.  Ordinary Japanese restaurants within the US don’t frequently appear to have this sort of dish on the menu.   But it's far pretty a famous dish in Japan as it’s tasty and very simple to make.


Ingredients
1/4cups white Miso paste
3 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Sake
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 pieces of salmon fillets

Instructions
Mix Miso, Mirin, Sake, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Marinade salmon fillets in Miso mixture for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven at 425F. Wipe marinade liquid well from salmon fillets and place them on oiled aluminum foil spread over a sheet pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
