4 slices of smoked salmon
200 g plain fresh cheese
1 lime
1 small bunch of chives
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
STEP 1: Diced smoked salmon
Cut the smoked salmon into small dice.
STEP 2: Fresh cheese and pepper
In a salad bowl, arrange the fresh cheese. Add one or two rounds of freshly ground pepper to taste.
STEP 3: Smoked salmon
Add the diced smoked salmon.
STEP 4: Squeezed lemon
Add the lime juice.
STEP 5: Olive oil
Add the olive oil.
STEP 6: Chopped chives
Add the finely chopped chives.
STEP 7: Mix
Mix the whole with a fork until you get a very homogeneous mixture.
STEP 8: Serves
Serve chilled with fresh or toasted bread or on crackers.
