we're going to make Chunky Chili Chicken Soup. So you realize that many
individuals will go to the supermarket and get a rotisserie chicken and no one
can tell how to manage all the extras. So you can make soup. Well,
Ingredients:
1 enormous onion, finely slashed
A little vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, squashed
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 green chilies, finely slashed
6 unfenced boneless, skinless chicken
thighs, slashed
400g tin slashed tomatoes
600ml crisp chicken stock
400g tin kidney beans, depleted and flushed
Great grinding of cheddar and bit of soured
cream to serve
Preparation:
1. Fry the onion in a little oil in a
profound pan for 10 minutes, mixing once in a while. Include the garlic, cumin
seeds, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and chilies. Include
the chicken pieces and mix to cover in the flavors.
2. Pour in the slashed tomatoes and chicken
stock, season well and bring to a stew. Stew for 20 minutes, at that point, include the kidney beans and stew for 10 additional minutes.
3. Present with a decent grinding of
cheddar and a touch of soured cream.
