Ingredients:
2 cups green moong dal (washed and
depleted)
1 cup hacked carrots
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup cut onions
4 to 5 dark peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/4 cup hacked tomatoes
2 tsp finely hacked garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp newly ground dark pepper
3/4 cup low-fat milk
salt to taste
Procedure
This is the manner by which to make
vegetable soup at home for weight reduction. From the outset heat oil in a
profound non-stick container and include the onions, peppercorns, and garlic
and sauté on a low fire for 2 to 3 minutes. Include the tomatoes and carrots,
blend well and cook on a low fire for 3 to 4 minutes. Include green moong dal
