Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (th. 5-6).

2ND STEP
Melt the butter.
Blanch the eggs with the sugar until the sugar is well combined. Then add the flour, baking powder, and cold melted butter. Mix until a homogeneous mix is obtained. Add the flavors of your choice (lemon zest, orange ...) and mix.
Pour the dough into a jacketed pan and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 h.

STEP 3
Put the dough in the preheated pan at 160 ° C (th.5-6) for 30 min. Halfway through baking, make a knife incision in the center of the cake to a depth of about 2 cm.
