200 g plain fresh cheese
1 lime
1 small bunch of chives
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Add the olive oil.

Mix the whole with a fork until you get a very homogeneous mixture.

Serve chilled with fresh or toasted bread or on crackers.
